In Tales of the Abyss, special techniques are called "Fonic Artes". Guy has a total of 17 fonic arte attacks, 8 of which can become more powerful with a Field of Fonon activation. Like most of the rest of the party, Guy has 2 Mystic Artes (something akin to "Limit Breaks" or "Combos") - one of which is obtained during the first playthrough and another that is obtained during the second playthrough onwards. Below is a complete list of Guy's fonic artes, plus his Mystic Artes.

Obtain: Grand Chokmah/Belkend/Keterburg: Talk to the man dressed in white in the bar at GC, then travel to Belkend and speak to the man south of the machine that's powering the city. Finally, head to Keterburg and proceed to the northern section (with the igloos & kids throwing snowballs). Enter the west igloo and speak to the man inside.
