Your obligations as a Prince is to "inspect" the land... and its citizens, isn't it? Lyon: Um... Kyle? The Prince said he's not interested, so don't try to force him... Kyle: Lyon, this is a necessary step in the Prince's growth into manhood! Lyon: Jeez, cut it out already! *sigh* ...I give up. Let's go and get this over with. Kyle: All right! Kyle: Oh, yeah, but it's perfectly fine to bring along his son's ex-- Hey! How about the weather? ...Seriously, though. You think everything's gonna be all right out there? Lyon: What do you mean? Kyle: I mean, it's kind of like going into enemy territory, isn't it? Sialeeds: Hey, don't say that. Lord Godwin's not the Queen's most loyal subject, but he IS her subject. Kyle: Yeah, for now! I mean, what if he ends up throwing you all in the dungeon and holding you hostage or something? Georg: He won't. We should all wish he were that predictable. Sialeeds: He knows what it means to make Arshtat mad. He's seen it. Like we have. He wouldn't stake his whole town on one stupid move. Kyle: Yeah, I guess you're right. I hope you're right. I'm used to puttin' on the smooth m-- ???: Ah, your Royal Highness Prince Hero! Lyon: Er, I think someone noticed us... Kyle: Wasil! Oh, no! Wasil: Ah, forgive me, forgive me, Your Royal Highness! Oh, I never expected His Royal Highness to come in person! Oh, His Royal Highness must be exhausted from the trip! Is there anything I can get His Royal Highness? He may look a little on the shady side, but he's actually the leader of the eastern islet! He took care of me when I was a kid! Volga: "On the shady side," eh? Have the Queen's Knights taught you nothing of respecting your elders? Kyle: Heh! You haven't changed a bit! Volga, you always said the people of Lelcar shouldn't fight among themselves. Why don't you let us handle this dispute? I hate seeing you guys at each other's throats like this! Volga: Hmph! This is Lelcar business! Butt out! Kyle: No, I think I'll butt on in! As a Queen's Knight, it is my sworn duty to protect Her Majesty. Kyle: Heh! Coulda fooled me! You're not interested in protecting the Princess! You're only interested in kissing the nobles' asses! You're no Queen's Knight! You're a sellout! Zahak: It is you who sold yourself out, Kyle. What right do you have to speak about being a Queen's Knight? Kyle: What right do I have? Good question! I'll tell you! I joined the Queen's Knight out of my love for Queen Arshtat, His Majesty Ferid, Lady Sialeeds, and the Prince.
