Miklotov officially joins automatically after completing the Rockaxe arc (which ends when you are driven from
Rockaxe by Gorudo). However, you are able to have him in your party as soon as you meet him at the Matilda-Muse Checkpoint.
Here is his starting stats, equipment, & runes.

unite attacks
When Miklotov is with certain people in the party, he can perform special combos called "Unite Attacks."
Miklotov can perform two Unite Attacks - the Pretty Boy Attack (with Flik & Camus) and the Knight Attack (with Camus). Each
of these attacks have been described below.
Pretty Boy Attack
Miklotov performs this attack with Flik & Camus. It does 1.5 x damage to one enemy & has an Instant Death rate of 25%.
The Invincible Smile item can be used to increase the ID rate to 40% and doubles the damage of the attack. It
can be obtained by playing the Rock Climbing Game (located at the laundry area on the 2nd floor).
Knight Attack
Miklotov performs this with Camus. It does 2 x damage to one enemy and both
Miklotov & Camus have a 30% chance of becoming Unbalanced.

The current layout features Miklotov and Camus from the Suikoden II novel (volume 3...I believe). It was scanned, edited, *and* colored by me. The layout itself was created using PSP 7.0 & Photoshop 7.0 and was coded using PSPad.
