What happens to Viki during her adventures throughout the series? Below is a summary of Viki's involvement in each of the Suikoden games she appears in (except for the Gameboy version of Card Stories, as it's basically a retelling of Suikoden 2).

suikoden i
Viki first met Tir McDohl (Suiko 1 hero) in the forest between the Forest Village and the Kobold Village. She teleported in front of Tir's party on one of the paths in the forest, apparently by accident. She asked him where she was and when he said "Scarlet Moon Empire", declared that it was "halfway across the continent." Tir asked Viki to join his army which Viki agreed to. She then teleported back to Toran Castle and became the army's teleportation mage. Even though Viki didn't participate in any regular battles, she did participate in the major battles of the army - fighting alongside Lotte & Luc. After the war, a feast was held. It was during this feast that Viki sneezed - causing her to teleport off somewhere again.

Much like in Suikoden I, Viki first appeared in front of Riou (Suikoden 2's hero) in a forest - this time, it was the forest located on the border between Greenhill & Matilda. As usual when Viki first appears in a game, her teleportation was not only physical (as in, she teleported to another place) but also chrono (as in, teleportation through time). In this case, she had teleported directly from the Liberation Army's banquet to the Greenhill-Matilda border three years in the future. Viki asks to accompany Riou and he accepts her into his army. She teleports to the castle, becoming the Unification Army's teleportation mage. Over time she becomes friends with Meg & Millie. During the victory celebration banquet at the end of the war, Viki sneezed and was teleportated off somewhere, much to the surprise of the rest of the army.

During Nash's travels to reach Crystal Valley (and duel Zaj), he chances upon Meg & Millie. It is when he is talking to them that Viki suddenly appears (apparently from a banquet) - and lands right on top of him! Thus starts a serious of humorous teleporation mishaps where Viki teleports them to various places - including the future (where they find an adult Meg), the past (where they save a young Lorelai and Killey from being trapped in the Twilight Ruins in Falena), and her home (where they meet a younger version of Viki). Finally, Viki teleports them back to the present and they all go there seperate ways (Viki presumably teleporting off again).

Instead of appearing in a forest this time, Viki meets the new Fire Champion at the Mountain Path between the Grasslands and Harmonia. When asked where she has come from, she replies that she came from the City-States of Jowston and remembers "wanting to get somewhere." Again, like the previous games, she has teleported through time & space and also, as usual, is unaware of it. The new FC tells her she can come to Budehuc Castle (since she has nowhere to go) and Viki then joins the Second Fire Bringer, becoming the army's teleportation mage. However, something curious happens when the FC takes Viki back to the same spot of the Mountain Path where she first teleported. Viki, with one of her spontateous sneezes, teleports herself off somewhere and her 7-year-old self in her place! Younger Viki, after figuring out herself where she was and who the FC was, teleported Big Viki back to the present. Afterwards, Little Viki joined the army, musing that it wasn't likely she'd be getting back to her home anytime soon. During the victory celebration at the end of the war, Big Viki offered to teleport everyone back to their homes and presumably with much mishaps along the way (as Little Viki was forced to chase after her).
