These are the rules for joining the fanlisting; failure to meet the astericked (*) rules will result in your application being terminated. So please read all of the rules and do your best to meet them.

** 02. You must provide me with a name/nickname.
03. You're not required to have a website; however, if you do, you must put some sort of code on it. It doesn't have to be a graphical code - a simple text link will be fine. When linking back to the fl, please use the URL, "http://lost-fragment.org/viki/".
** 04. You must be a fan of Viki.
05. If you have a site, there can be no hate/porn/etc.
** 06. Tell me what country you're from - this is required from TFL.org.
