Little Viki is almost more of an enigma than her older counterpart as she acts nothing like her older self. She's very serious and intelligent - she was able to deduce where she was (and what year it was) when Older Viki accidently teleported her to the Mountain Path between Harmonia and Grassland as well as knowning who the Flame Champion was. Unfortunately, nothing else is really known about her as she always replies to inquiries about herself with "it's better not to know."
It's also interesting to note that when Older Viki teleported Nash, Meg, Gadget, and Millie during Suikogaiden Volume 2, one of the places they were teleported to was Viki's hometown (world? O_o). It was here that Younger Viki actually made her first appearance. That's why in Suikoden III, Older Viki asks her younger version (who she doesn't realize is herself) if they had met before.
